An MBBS (or MD) trains you to become a doctor. You'll begin with the foundations — anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology and pharmacology — then move into clinical years built around real patients in teaching hospitals, rotating through medicine, surgery, paediatrics, obstetrics and more.
