Hospitality and tourism management prepares you to lead in hotels, travel, events and food service. You'll typically study service and front-office operations, food and beverage management, hospitality and tourism marketing, finance and accounting, human resource management, sustainable tourism and hospitality law, usually with substantial industry placements and, in culinary routes, hands-on kitchen training.
